The 32nd Shanghai International Top Audio-visual Show (TAS), also known as 上海国际高端影音展, one of the most influential events in the audio-visual industry across China, is returning with grandeur at the Shanghai International Convention Center (上海国际会议中心) and the Oriental Riverside Hotel.
With nearly 200 exhibitors and over 1,000 brands participating, Shanghai TAS 2025 promises an immersive experience for all audiophiles and AV enthusiasts.

This year’s Shanghai TAS spans five floors of the Shanghai International Convention Center—its largest footprint to date, with a 10% increase in exhibition area over last year. The venue will feature 34 halls, close to 100 standard demo rooms, 20 standard booths, and 10 bespoke exhibition spaces, delivering an unmatched breadth of product showcases and interactive experiences.
Shanghai TAS 2025 will serve as a key launchpad for world-class audio innovations. French audio icon Focal will unveil its latest product during the event’s global premiere. Additionally, new products that debuted at the prestigious Munich High-End Show will have their Asian premiere at Shanghai TAS 2025.
Among the brands showcasing groundbreaking new releases are JBL (HARMAN International), PIEGA, T+A, Lumin, Soulnote, Magnepan, Auralic, DALI, FYNE Audio, EgglestonWorks, Wilson Benesch, and VTL. Chinese audiences will have the rare opportunity to witness these industry-leading innovations firsthand, solidifying Shanghai’s position as a key node in Asia's high-end audio scene.
Marcus Yang, CEO of Dianyi Audio & Video Promotion Agency, the organiser of Shanghai TAS, shared with StereoNET:
“Shanghai TAS 2025 is not just a premier industry gathering—it's a cultural movement. We aim to showcase the forefront of global AV innovation while actively attracting new, younger audiences through creativity and collaboration. Connecting cultures through music, and embracing the future through innovation, Shanghai TAS is proud to welcome the world to this annual audio-visual celebration."
Continuing its pioneering cross-disciplinary approach, Shanghai TAS 2025 deepens its "Music Meets Literature" initiative in collaboration with the Shanghai Library and the Shanghai Animation Association. The highlight: a “High-Fidelity Game Music Listening” zone where attendees—especially gaming fans—can experience the power of iconic game soundtracks through million-dollar audio setups.
Addressing an aging audiophile demographic and evolving lifestyle preferences, Shanghai TAS 2025 has partnered with zFrontier, a popular desktop setup community, to spotlight the merging trend of desktop Hi-Fi. From smart offices to esports zones and home leisure spaces, tailored “desktop audio” systems will blend aesthetic design with acoustic brilliance, making Hi-Fi more accessible and attractive to younger generations.
Marcus added:
“Whether you're a Hi-Fi veteran or a curious newcomer, Shanghai TAS 2025 invites all to embark on this extraordinary journey of sound, technology, and cultural exploration.
In a celebration of sonic artistry and design, Shanghai TAS 2025 will launch commemorative CDs and LPs featuring ten handpicked tracks across genres—from Chinese Guqin to Western jazz and East-West fusion. With X-ray-themed cover art that reveals the internal structures of Hi-Fi gear, these collectibles fuse cutting-edge visuals with cultural heritage, offering high value to collectors and audiophiles alike.
If you are in China, don’t miss this chance to be part of the Shanghai International Top Audio-visual Show (TAS) 2025.
