Arcam's ST60 and its Harman Luxury Group stablemate, JBL's wood-cheeked SA750, have been certified as Roon Ready.

Arcam's Applause Award-winning dedicated network player debut proved a hit when our Jimmy Hughes spent time with the Cambridge maker's streaming machine. Now, the cherry on top, Roon Ready certification adds a further crucial skill to the ST60's talents.

Likewise, Roon Ready certification cranks up the retro-styled JBL SA750’s cutting-edge spec up another level, in time for its retail launch. This striking integrated amp features a milled aluminium face panel and teak panels borrowed from the brand's amplifiers of the 1960s and 1970s.

However, the SA750 features thoroughly modern equipment within such as a 120W p/c class G amplifier, a switchable MM/MC phono stage as well as support for Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Chromecast, all rounded off with Dirac Live room calibration.

Roon Ready means that both the ST60 and SA750 will effortlessly discover and connect to Roon without you needing to get involved with any configuration nonsense.
The addition of Roon Ready also means that these components can enjoy multi-room control. So, for instance, the ST60 can wirelessly connect to any of Arcam's AVRs, or SA30 class G integrated amplifier, with these zones controlled using Roon's elegant app interface.

To get the best from Roon, owners of the JBL SA750 should make sure that their machine is running at least software 1.70/1155, while the Arcam ST60 should be running (minimum) 0.67/1155.
