PSB Speakers' M4U 9 premium wireless noise-cancelling headphones feature graphene-infused drivers, tilted earpads for comfort, and custom calibration through integration with Audiodo Personal Sound and PSB's proprietary RoomFeel tech. In fact, PSB goes as far as to boast that the M4U 9 are "the ultimate in mobile luxe listening". However, the Canadian brand also reminds us that it holds a "longstanding tradition of affordable excellence in the hi-fi loudspeaker and headphone categories for over 50 years."

The new 362g over-ear closed-back wireless headphones utilise 40mm graphene-infused dynamic drivers within ABS + Polycarbonate enclosures. Your ears will be gently cossetted by gyro-suspended leatherette and cloth earpads held in place by a spring steel headband with a fabric inner cover for optimal comfort.
Wireless audio comes by way of Bluetooth HD with Qualcomm aptX Adaptive and cVc technology onboard. Meanwhile, all-digital ANC with digital MEMS microphones promises less audio conversion error. You can select between Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), Active and Passive Modes.

There are physical controls on the headphones for volume, playback and mode selection, while the PSB Headphones app gives you access to PSB's latest RoomFeel technology for "greater detail and better imaging" alongside Personal Sound by Audiodo.

We are told that the M4U 9 headphones will last for up to 25 hrs battery of playback in Active Mode. However, should they run flat before you get near a power source, the dual 3.5mm input connections (left or right side) will keep the music going - as long as you have a device handy with a reciprocal port - as well as a USB-C mode.
The PSB M4U 9 headphones are now available, priced at £449/ €549.
