We have reviewed Kanto's YU6 and met the TUK at this year's Bristol Show and, finally, the Canadian audio firm is bringing its latest high-performance, wireless, powered stereo speaker system to the UK.

The £750 bookshelf speaker looks to offer a space-saving option with Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX HD and AAC wireless streaming onboard the 17.8 x 21.5 x 27.6 cm units.
Additionally, the speakers sport dedicated phono, RCA and optical TOSLINK inputs. Yes, that means there's also a phono pre-amp, headphone amp and USB DAC included, too.

The Kanto TUK spec sheet states 260W peak power (130W total RMS) while the Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeters are an interesting addition. Dealing out the mids and lows is a 5.25-inch aluminium cone driver.
If you need more bass, you can output to a subwoofer with the TUK's active crossover filtering out frequencies below 80Hz and sending them directly to the sub.
Finally, each loudspeaker has a 1/4-inch threaded mounting hole on its underside for secure stand fitment.
Price and availability
Kanto's TUK will retail in the UK for £749.99.
