David Shevyn, Chief Product Officer at GIK Acoustics, stated that the Amplitude line represents the culmination of two decades of design evolution:
Our mission with Amplitude was to take everything we’ve learned and push panel design forward. The recessed plate is not just an aesthetic choice; it also improves the acoustic behaviour of the panel significantly.
Amplitude panels are available in 20 fabric colours, 12 patterns, 5 wood finishes (Beech, Walnut, Grey Elm, Black, White), and various shapes and corner sizes. These options enable you to match a broad range of interiors and needs.
The collection includes three main models:
Amplitude Acoustic Panels provide balanced sound absorption and diffusion, ideal for mixing rooms and flexible workspaces. By targeting mid- and high-frequency ranges, they reduce unwanted reverberation and deliver greater audio clarity.
Amplitude Bass Trap Panels are engineered to solve bass problems by absorbing low-frequency sound below 100Hz. They are optimal for spaces requiring precise bass control and improved definition in the lower frequency range.
Amplitude Corner Bass Traps are tailored for room corners to capture and absorb excess low-frequency energy, providing focused bass management and optimising the sound in rooms with challenging bass buildup.
