Exposure 5510 Flagship Integrated Amplifier Debuts in Ascot

Exposure Electronics unveils its new flagship 5510 integrated amplifier ahead of its debut this weekend.

Exposure states that the 5510 integrated amp will take your listening to "the next level", adding that this new flagship component "gives you the power and flexibility to enjoy music the way it was meant to be heard."

The 5510's claimed 120 watts per channel (8 Ohms @ 1kHz) should provide ample power to drive your speakers with authority throughout its stated 20Hz – 20kHz +/-0.5dB frequency response. We're told to expect "deep, controlled bass, detailed mids, and sparkling highs" no matter the programme material.

Meanwhile, flexibility is key thanks to the 5510's six line inputs and the option to upgrade with a selection of phono boards (MM, MC, or DS) to match your turntable. Additionally, you can add a plug-in DAC board for high-quality digital playback. This modular approach ensures that your amplifier can grow in tandem with your system and music collection.

Noise is carefully mitigated (SNR >100dB, A-weighted ref 1kHz at rated output) via a custom toroidal transformer with a hum shield, while the 5510's 115x440x300mm [HxWxD] aluminium chassis stylishly keeps resonance under control. The crisp white OLED display offers five brightness settings and an auto-off mode, ensuring it's always easy to read without being distracting.

From the remote control to its multiple output options (pre-out and tape), this amplifier is designed to make your listening experience effortless.

The Exposure 5510 integrated amplifier is available in a black finish, priced at £4,600 and will be demonstrated at UK HiFi Show Live this weekend, held at Ascot Racecourse.
