Effective May 1st 2019 Amber will take over distribution, sales and marketing from the outgoing distributor, Dali Australia Pty Ltd.

Amber Tech represents brands including Optoma, Onkyo, AudioQuest, Integra, and many other professional audio and video brands in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Dali was established in 1983 and now enjoys success across the globe being represented in more than 70 countries.

As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Hi-Fi loudspeakers and associated products, its vast speaker range caters for Hi-Fi, home theatre, commercial and custom installation.

More recently Dali has introduced its Calisto range which embraces modern wireless technology that it says "re-imagines Hi-Fi for the 21st Century - without the need for complicated electronics."

Peter Amos, Managing Director, Amber Technology told StereoNET:

It is an honour for Amber Technology to be working with a company of DALI’s pedigree and commitment. We are excited to be making the full range of DALI speakers available and revitalising its dealer program in Australia,

StereoNET attended an exclusive preview of the Calisto speakers in Munich in 2017; however, the Calisto range that leverages the BluOS platform as used by Bluesound and NAD Electronics for wireless multiroom streaming has never been released in Australia.

Richard Neale, General Manager, Amber Technology, told StereoNET:

DALI and Amber Technology will work closely with the specialist Hi-Fi dealer channel to introduce a wide range of the company’s products into stores. DALI products will be available over the next few months as new stock arrives.
