Cabasse Santorin 25 Subwoofer Released

Cabasse Santorin 25 subwoofer matches and bolsters brand's Eole 4 and iO3 speakers for home cinema setups
Cabasse's Santorin 25 subwoofer has been created to partner with the brand's range of satellite, bookshelf and floorstanding speakers.

Measuring 42 x 36 x 38 cm (HxWxD), Santorin 25 is a powerful and compact subwoofer suitable for rooms of up to 50 m2 for home cinema needs. The vertical 360° down-firing subwoofer offers round and punchy bass, full of nuance and depth, boasts the French brand. Its design enables a discreet placement near walls and furniture without any acoustic compromise.
The cellulose fibre membrane of the 25cm 25S20 woofer is said to produce high power handling without distortion despite high sound pressure levels (111 dB RMS max). Additionally, its lightweight and good damping characteristics promise generous and speedy bass with a claimed frequency response of 30-160 Hz. Combined with the 400W peak (200W nominal) of the TS190 D amplifier, Cabasse says that the dynamic effects of the Santorin 25 subwoofer are strikingly realistic for both music and home cinema use.

The new subwoofer is also aesthetically in harmony with Cabasse's new Eole 4 and iO3 speakers, redesigned with a matt finish and released in 2020. The new Santorin 25 subwoofer features two brushed aluminium rings that encircle the cabinet coated with premium matt black or matt white paint.
The Cabasse Santorin 25 is available now for €950 RRP. It can also be bought as part of 5.1 and 7.1 packages using iO3 speakers priced from €3945 and up to €5143 RRP.
