Audio Pro's Link2 is designed to bring legacy hi-fi systems into the world of streaming without breaking the bank or overcomplicating your existing set-up.

The Link2 hub boasts ethernet for wired networking, USB to add an external hard drive, and wireless streaming via wi-fi and Bluetooth. AirPlay2 and Google Cast are on board, giving you plenty of streaming options for your otherwise physical media-based system.
Additionally, your components are offered RCA line-level inputs and outputs, coaxial and optical outputs, so that your cable-connected sources can be transmitted to networked speakers, instantly giving them multi-room smarts.

The top panel follows Audio Pro's speaker control design and features shortcut buttons, giving you swift access to preferred media such as radio stations or playlists.
Audio Pro's Jens Henriksen told StereoNET:
In a time when increasing focus is placed on extending the life of everything you buy with the aim of not burdening the environment more than necessary, Link2 really feels like the right product. With this truly smart solution, you can reuse your old stereo instead of throwing it away.

The Link2 is available from the end of October, priced at £270/ €300 and joins the still available puck-like Link1, which costs £100 and sports optical and analogue inputs as well as wi-fi and Bluetooth.
