There are a few reasons for this. Some Classifieds categories are Pay Up Front only.
New users to the Classifieds are forced to use the 'Pay Up Front' until they have had a successful transaction. Once that takes place, both options for "Pay On Sale" and "Pay Up Front" will become available where applicable.
In other cases, your account may have been moved to "Pay Up Front" only. Our algorithm may also detect and automatically move some accounts to the "Pay Up Front" option only. Continue correctly marking ads as Sold and paying the relevant fees, and you will continue to have both payment choices available to you (where relevant).
Members with known commercial interests that are not sponsors may also be moved into the Pay Up Front category.
Do not open a support ticket or contact admin. When your account is considered in good standing, the "Pay On Sale" option will automatically become available to your account once again.
StereoNET's Classifieds will detect when a very high percentage of ads are withdrawn, marked as sold elsewhere, simply left to expire, or when Seller's Fees have gone unpaid. Rather than removing Classifieds access altogether (which is what was done in the past), the system will instead present only the option for Paying Up Front when placing advertisements.
Just do the right thing, and you shouldn't have any issues.
