Absolutely. If you've purchased an item from another member via the Classifieds, press the green Purchased button on the advertisement.

By notifying us of your purchase, you automatically qualify for dispute mediation. We will not look further into issues arising with a transaction if:

 

  1. The Advertisement is NOT marked as Sold.
    or
  2. You have not clicked the Purchased button as the Buyer.

This is recorded against the advertisement, helps tie Trader Feedback together between the buyer/seller/advertisement, but also assists us in helping you with any issues that may arise following the transaction/purchase.
