As well as the chance to win a Roland JD-XA synthesiser signed by Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes, you will also be helping the UK's Music for All charity continue to support disadvantaged music makers.

Few synth players have arguably had a greater impact on music than Nick Rhodes. As co-founder of the iconic British group Duran Duran, his classic lines have powered mega-hits for the last four decades – from Rio, Girls On Film, Hungry Like The Wolf and Ordinary World to their latest album release, Future Past, which has already spawned the hits Anniversary and Invisible.

With a list price of £1,549, the Roland JD-XA is a unique crossover synth that combines analogue warmth and digital versatility in one super-creative, no-compromise instrument.

Music for All is dedicated to changing lives across the UK by improving access to music-making. The UK charity helps disadvantaged music makers experience the joys and far-reaching benefits of making music. In the past five years alone, the charity has awarded over £300,000 in cash grants, donated hundreds of instruments and equipment to individuals, community groups and educational establishments, and provided thousands of people free 'Learn to Play' experiences. Let's face it, without musicians we'd have nothing to play on our hi-fi systems or have fantastic concerts to enjoy.

Tickets cost just £5 each in aid of the charity, and the competition ends on July 31st 2022 and is open to UK entries only.
