Sivga SV023 Headphones Boast Beryllium and LCP Drivers
Sivga's SV023 open-backed headphones sport walnut earcups and 50mm custom drivers but cost less than you might think.
Sivga has been winning fans through its mix of sound per pound, and the SV023 open-backed headphones are continuing the trend. The Chinese-based firm has been producing its range of acclaimed hi-fi headphones with a real-wood finish since 2016, most recently with the closed-back Oriole and Robin.
The SV023 features 50mm custom drivers comprised of a Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) composite cone with a Beryllium-plated centre. These are wrapped in natural walnut wood housings with soft memory foam earcups, perforated with air holes. Additionally, you get a genuine leather and stainless steel headband that promises a comfortable experience from the 318g headphopnes.
The spec sheet tells us that the Sivga SV023 deliver a frequency response of 20Hz - 40kHz, 105dB sensitivity, and an impedance rating of 300Ω.
The headphones come bundled with a 2 metre 4.4mm balanced cable. This 6N OCC cable features four strands of braid, each composed of 30 0.08mm cores and 250D break-proof wire, says Sivga.
You also get a 4.4mm balanced to 3.5mm single-ended adaptor and a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adaptor, allowing the Sivga SV023 to be used with various devices.
The Sivga SV023 are available now, priced at £449.
