Rega Releases Limited Edition Turntable Celebrating 15 Years of Record Store Day

Record Store Day UK, together with Rega, has announced a limited edition 15th anniversary turntable to help celebrate the day in style.

As a long time collaborator and official turntable sponsor of Record Store Day, Rega's exclusive RSD turntables have become hugely popular over the years. 2022 is no exception, with Rega pulling out all the stops to offer record collectors the chance to get their hands on a unique deck.

The 15th-anniversary RSD turntable is based on the multi award-winning Rega Planar 1 and is customised with an exclusive Record Store Day mat, lid badge and silkscreen logo. Made by hand in the UK, it uses a high specification low noise 24v motor, handmade RB110 precision tonearm and factory fitted Rega Carbon cartridge. Rega says its latest release “delivers exceptional audio performance, can be set up in under 30 seconds and is supplied with Rega's lifetime warranty for total peace of mind.”

The limited run of only 500 units will be available in selected record stores and independent hi-fi dealers on Record Store Day 2022, 23rd April 2022, retailing for £299.

Rega is also giving one away turntable away signed by Sam Fender to raise money for War Child UK. By entering the Prize Draw, you are helping War Child UK support the unfolding crisis in Ukraine and places like Afghanistan and Yemen, where millions of children are still in desperate need of protection from war and conflict. Donations will be matched pound for pound by the UK Government. Click here for more information.
