Presto Music Adds In-Browser Music Streaming to Online Store
Presto Music has added a streaming feature to its website so that you can enjoy the music you've bought as you browse.
Presto Music is a renowned online store specialising in classical and jazz recordings, sheet music, music books and musical instruments. As of right now, the website also features a 'My Library' option behind your account login. This new and innovative feature offers Presto Music's 100,000+ customers an additional way to explore and listen to their CD and download collections.
Chris O’Reilly (pictured above), CEO of Presto Music, told StereoNET:
As 2021 marks the 20th anniversary of Presto Music’s website and the 35th anniversary of the company, we’re very excited to be launching this new service in such an important year for the business. We are very passionate about optimising our platform to deliver the best customer experience and we’re confident we’ve achieved that with the launch of My Library.
The 'My Library' link can be found within the 'My account' section of Presto Music.
Here you will see every item you have ever purchased from the online store, no matter whether CDs or downloads. This new feature, accessible from any web browser, enables you to go straight from checkout to 'My Library' and start listening to the music you've bought in up to 24bit/ 192 kHz resolution (depending on purchase) within seconds.
Naturally, this also means that the built-in web-player can be used to play music while you browse the rest of the website.
