By using Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) and advanced mathematical modelling techniques, the brand claims they have achieved three times less room resonance without the need for acoustic treatments. A gradient-type low-frequency (LF) module was integrated into the system, and combined with design elements like an optimised baffle construction, Silent Pound claims the resulting sound is purer and more immersive.

The drivers are arranged vertically in the chassis, with two 6-inch midwoofers flanking the 1-inch tweeter, and the two 12-inch woofers are set at the bottom. Silent Pound even has a unique patent-pending midrange enclosure that’s protected behind tempered glass, allowing for the components inside to be admired while offering accurate frequency separation and a balanced sound across the audio spectrum. 

Solid Pound recommends pairing these speakers with a solid-state amplifier rated for between 100-400 watts per channel at 4 ohms, and the Challenger II speakers have a frequency range of 30 - 18,000 Hz, with a 88dB sensitivity.

The Silent Pound Challenger II comes in Black, White and Oak colour options, although other options, such as Pearl Gentian Blue and Grey Metallic Atlas, are also available for customisation.
