Salon Audio Montreal Celebrates 32 Years

This weekend sees the opening of the 32nd Montréal audiofest which will be held at the Hotel Bonaventure.
The event will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic Woodstock Fest from March 22nd to 24th with the hotel having just received a refreshing facelift.
Event organisers told StereoNET:
To help revive this period of Peace & Love that has marked multiple generations worldwide, a “playlist” taken from some of the best albums of 1969 will be made available to exhibitors. Expect to see bell-bottoms, flowers in hair, round glasses and peace & love signs all over the place during this memorable event.
The Montréal Audio Fest attracts more than 5,000 visitors who appreciate being able to hear, see and touch over 300 brands of audio products under one roof. According to the organisers, it’s the biggest get-together of audio-video industry manufacturers, distributors and retailers in Canada.
Admission is free via registration which you can do on the official website. Pop along and meet over a hundred exhibitors, all eager to share their passion for music with you and to demonstrate some of the world’s best sound systems from $1,000 to $1,000,000.
