G'day all, these days I don't really have a choice for health reasons and I don't mind going every day, however of late one of the regular trainers has been helping me out with proper 'breathing' (yes mine was all wrong, apparently, a common mistake it seems), but now although my training is more effective I seem to be getting more tired after a session and more 'sore' too!  Oh well, as they say, 'no pain, no gain'.  Regards, Felix.

Your point?

G'day mate, well I guess despite the increased tiredness and 'soreness', it is probably worthwhile (I hope).  Regards, Felix.

Keep up the training (at your own comfort level) and the 'pain' will become less frequent after a few weeks and not an issue. Mind-Body-Spirit...

Too many individuals get obsessed with only the 'body' part of the equation.
