xsb7244 Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 I have never seen a turntable from Greece. http://www.ans-audio.com/silverstealth.html 1
Antipodean Brad Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Thanks for posting - an interesting TT. But, I have to ask two things. Why do people use that type of mat - it leaves marks on records, and possibly noise as well. Why does the digital readout say that the TT turns at 33,333 rpm? That would make for a very short listening session. Best Regards, Brad
ophool Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Perhaps this is the inspiration, apparently (from that link) it should be used with a Ray Samuels phono stage
Reverend Johnny Heathen Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Why do people use that type of mat - it leaves marks on records, and possibly noise as well. Soap and water will sort that out, after which it's a very effective, budget mat.
