Stump Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Bowie Does Jazz Sue' (or In A Season of Crime) http://youtu.be/3GodUgnO7lY DB worked on the demo, Maria Schneider and core members of her band jammed over the bass line for 3 sessions in a rehearsal studio, they then agreed on the arrangement and structure together, which she had been working on and keeping Visconti abreast of. Meanwhile Bowie wrote the lyrics, and presented it to her on the day of the recording, and they recorded it with the 17 piece band. 1
