Just looking for one or two metres if anyone has a spare. A complete cable with AU plug and IEC would be fine, or just cable without connectors is fine as well.

I just bought two metres of 3TS20 from Crispy Audio, he has the 314AG as well, I bought some very high quality Australian and IEC  plugs from a seller on EBAY called Sunny Audio Shop, billet aluminium housings, very well made and fits the sockets very well, I also have a set of Furutech plugs and do not think they are as good with a looser fit in the sockets.

Thanks. How did you find the sound of the FP-514AG?

I have not used the 514, I bought the 3TS20, it made a improvement to my system, I have it powering the preamp and the phono stage. The biggest improvement that I got was with a Voodoo Wave power cable on my power amp, I borrowed it from Peter at Grooveworks.

The same plugs just dropped into my mailbox today and I'm making up my new cables now.

The plugs do indeed look well made and a sparky mate came round to show me the diff between the earth and the brown wire (yup I'm that dumb) and he said they look well made and at 25 bucks a pop I'm not arguing.

Get your sparky mate to wire it up for you. We don't want to lose you from the forum. Seriously!

I have to agree about the Voodoo Ultra wave, really good cable for amplifiers really owned up the soundstage and cleaned up the mids and top. I'm considering the Furutech FP-514Ag for a CDP and looking for a reasonable local price.

I could not find a better price any were, here or overseas, it was actually more expensive in the UK, There are a few other cables you can purchase by the metre from Hong Kong, these look very good quality from a seller called diyaudiokit

I made the above cable for $150 using the Furutech  3TS20 including the plugs and 15 minutes labour.

Peter Graves sells the same cable for $199 under his Audio Principe brand. Astonishing value for money.

Thanks for the tip. Is it the Signature or Premium version that uses the Furutech FP-314ag?

I checked with the maker today, these cables unfortunately do not contain Furutech wire.

Indeed. Sorry, I was only clarifying audio principe as being a source of identical cables to Grave Science, not inferring that the wire used was Furutech (only the IEC and mains connectors are Furutech).

All good. Mr Krispy is sending me a couple of metres of Furitech FP-314Ag. I'll report back on my findings later.
