Am on a phone so can't see clearly. Metal or wood? Welded screwed or brazed? Spikes in the base?

They look good, nice and simple. What are you spraying with?

They are steel stands. I used 10 mm plate at the bottom and 3mm at the top. Welded together, made to your requirements. I used high gloss black, 'HiChem' ...2 in 1 Black Gal, this paint is made for steel and welds.
