Extra Info: I am selling my beloved Velodyne 12†subwoofer, purchased in late 2012 when I setup my first 5.1 surround system. The HT designation indicates its more oriented towards a home theatre application than being paired with music. This is a subwoofer to have if you want to feel crashes and rumbles. Some details: 1. The sub has 4 presets, but I mostly used it on Movies. There is a noticeable change when switched to Jazz/Classical however, if you are inclined to pair it with a set of stereo speakers. It also has settings for Games and R&B/Rock. 2. There is a selectable phase control via the remote control - 0, 90, 180, and 270 options are available 3. An EQ button allows for the calibration programme to be run with the aid of the supplied microphone 4. The LED display can be switched off with the use of the LIGHT button on the remote 5. There is a NIGHT setting to limit the maximum output Size: 45.7cm x 38.1 x 49.5 Weight: 28kg 5-star What Hi Fi review here: ww.whathifi.com/velodyne/cht-12q/review Edited July 20, 2014 by Zsonic
