The term 'financial disclosure' usually relates to the disclosure of pecuniary interests in a matter that may lead to a conflict of interest or unfair financial advantage. The current controversy involving Arthur Sinodinos might be a good example. I'm afraid you'll have to be more explicit about this - and if you are be careful what you say. The only requirement I can think of that that SNA can impose is to require sellers (or buyers) to state whether they are acting commercially (even as a 'hobby businesses'). Is that what you mean?
