davewantsmoore Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Tassie is really not the record store destination.... All small town stores by your standard I would imagine. They're all within a 10-15 minute loop on foot. Tommy and MWF may have something for you. Ruffcut = electronic. I don't go much, as I shop online.
Fun-Ghoul Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 I go to MTF regularly. Stefan has about 8000 records in his store. Access to them can be challenging but is getting better - allow plenty of time. He really knows a great deal about record availability and obviously music too. On the whole, the store makes me think of the store in the High Fidelity novel. Enjoy. 1

Both MWF and Tommy Gun will have stuff you like. They are only a 5min walk between each other. As a bonus, Quantum HiFi is around the corner from MWF. 1
davewantsmoore Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 The owner and the staff even use ME amps with their B&W speakers (Shhh, don't tell Classé)
