caminperth Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Item: Velodyne FSR-15 Servo 15" subwooferLocation: Hillarys, PerthPrice: $500Item Condition: Fair for it's age. No major scratches, only edge damage to the laminate on close inspection. Servo issue at maximum excursion.Reason for selling: Moved to dual sub setupPayment Method: Pickup - CashExtra Info: I purchased this sub in January of this year from a gentleman who owned it since new - mostly used for classical music. He made me aware that it suffered from the "motor boating" issue at high excursion/output levels. I have found this issue to happen only once during a high volume REW frequency sweep, never during normal use for music or movies - both of which have been enjoyed at levels loud enough to upset the neighbours. I am happy to demo the unit to prospective purchasers to show that this is not a problem. I have been in two minds as to if I should keep this or not, however now that I have four subwoofers in a small room, some have to go! I'm open to offers, however not silly ones. Strictly pickup only due to size. Pictures: See below Item: Emotiva XREF 12 DSP SubwooferLocation: Hillarys, PerthPrice: $550Item Condition: As new with original packaging. Scratch on top which I couldn't bring out in the photos.Reason for selling: Moved to a dual sub setupPayment Method: Pickup - CashExtra Info: I purchased this sub direct from Emotiva in the states in January of 2013. No issues with the unit at all, used for movies only. Comes with original packaging. As with the Velodyne, I'm open to reasonable offers. Postage is a possibility with the original packaging that it was shipped from the states in, however may be expensive. Pictures: See below
Turtle Rustler Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Hey are any of your subs still for sale? My Mirage sub died yesterday (second time in under two years!) so I need a replacement as not worth the cost of a new module. Your Velodyne or Emotiva would do the job for me. Cheers Kyle
