G'day all,

I posted a couple of shots from this trip in another tread recently which I have had a few questions about, so I thought I'd share some more of the photos here.

In 2012 (2 weeks after my father died....) I went to Karijini for 10 days, specifically to take these photos. It is a very special place and I hope one day to return. Here are some of the results:

Simply stunning spot the Karijini National Park Western Australia, and great photos

Australia has so much natural beauty to see, that it amazes me why people go overseas

My wife's mum passed me a clipping from the newspapers yesterday on this very spot. Coincidence?

Nice shots!

Thanks. Its just the world telling you to get up there :)

Beautiful shots PtG.

Gee that Early traditional aboriginal artist sure got around with his graffiti tag though -  the one with the C in a circle tag!

I think it was a pre-Shakspearian attempt at literacy and cultural copyright.....

They had to wait until tall ladders had been invented to get them little motifs high up in the cliffs......

This place is definitely on the bucket list, Peter!

Thanks for reminding me - I'll send copies to Mrs Boss - I'm sure she will be motivated to explore further.
