aussievintage Posted March 5 Posted March 5 I'll bet you can't choose which track to play. Also I'll bet the speed detection get's it wrong. Interesting just the same. Basically a linear tracker with the cart underneath like a CD laser.
wasabijim Posted March 6 Posted March 6 i come across this also i figured it's like them wall mounted novelty TT items that we're seen before, but it's embedded into that block of Al BUT $aud10k.... on the one hand, I hope they make at least a few sales for the effort but on the other I hope no one with $10k worth of TT budget burning a hole in their pocket takes this seriously Some more stats 1
surprisetech Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Yes, interesting. But at around the AU$10,000 mark, I'd like something better at the O/P than a 3.5mm socket! Unfortunately, all the usual tech specs are provided for the matching speakers, but scant technical data and mostly just marketing BS provided for the turntable. I guess independent reviews are going to be scarce given they're a made-to-order item.
