TK31 Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Hi All! Just having some trouble with the below and couldnt find any Google solutions. When i plug my headphones into the headphone jack the amp doesnt switch to the headphones only like it used to. Audio plays through both the headphones and the speakers simultaneously.. I've dug around the settings on the amp as well to no avail. Any ideas as to potentially a menu setting i might be missing or a physical switch somewhere?
Antipodean Brad Posted January 31 Posted January 31 From the Manual: Headphone Output 4 The headphone output allows you to connect headphones for private listening. This output accepts a standard 3.5mm (1/8”) mini stereo headphone connector. Plugging in a set of headphones does not cut off the signal to the speakers. Use the front panel 5 or remote control J A-B speaker selector buttons to turn off the speakers. Hope this helps. 1

Sadly the subwoofer doesn't turn off when turning off A/B speakers
Antipodean Brad Posted January 31 Posted January 31 I'm glad that was a success. It may be worthwhile posting a separate question about the subwoofer so that those who know about subwoofers can chime in to help.
Darryl Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Presumably the sub is running from the preouts?. Might just have to power off the sub when using headphones.
