Identify 3 way speaker based on on Kef B139

I got my hands on (could not resist bringing home the famous oval driver) these speakers. Doesn't look like DIY but might be a kit.

a) If someone can identify what those, let me know. 

b) The midrange driver is all chewed up (foam gone, still runs, but broke voice coil wire when trying to remove from enclosure).Someone told me Peerless KO40-MRF 8 Ohm. I have NOT found the 8 ohm version. If someone can link to a pair for sale? 

c) When opening the midrange, I broke the leads to the voice coil. What places out there could refoam and repair the originals? 

c) If I cannot repair the existing midrange drivers, I need to find replacements that fit into the bracket (preferrably with their own sealed enclosure like the originals). Or else (but then would stack vertically with tweeter.

Someone told me the midrange is Peerless KO40-MRF. Mine is 8 ohm.

Need TWO of them. Found a refoamed but 4 ohm.

Is the oval one a speaker or Passive? My 104s have the passive.

I can probably help with a pair of Peerless K0 40. 8 0hm.They are used in Gale 401s.

The tweeters look like Isophon .Morduant Short Pagents used them.
