Can anyone identify this tonearm?

Hi all, just reaching out to see if anyone can help to identify the tonearm pictured.  My understanding is that it’s likely Japanese, possibly from the 70s or 80s, however I’m not sure.  So far my efforts with Google and Chat GPT have failed to yield anything, so grateful for any thoughts!

The pickup arm pictured is possibly the Denon DP-790.
