Grizzly
Kinda looks a bit diy to me, insofar as the central tweeter goes anyway

Hawkeye
Thanks for the responses and the example you put up Eggmeister looked remarkably similar. It peeked my interest while looking for vintage drivers with view to diy an open baffle project. My sudden curiosity about the OB’s came about from listening to a diy OB setup built by the person who purchased my Altec horns. From memory the mid bass was vintage Grundig , a ribbon tweeter and a 4” mid I can’t recall. Sub duties was from a small proprietary brand. The sound was incredible probably the most “realistic “ for want of a better description that I have heard. His total outlay was minimal for the sound it produced. I asked, but he is not a member here and he definitely knew what he was doing. I’m sure he had something in mind for the ALTEC horns. Still researching and hoping to hear more OB’s at the upcoming hifi show.
