I need to order a new idler wheel for a Lenco L75.

Does anyone have an opinion on this?

Tossing up between Audio Silente and Audio improvements wheels.

The Shaft is 2.45 mm.

I have a Silente wheel which I’m really happy with.

You should also have a look at the SPH bearing if you have the funds. It was a big improvement over the stock bearing.

Try posting on Lenco Heaven you should get you more responses.

Thanks PKay

As long as it is dead silent I will be happy.

Just bringing this one back to life with no serious modifications.

I have another one which I will upgrade in the future.

I use audio creative idler wheels on my Lenco L75 and SLAT table. I’m happy with them but I’m not sure they are that much better than the factory wheel

My factory wheel was plastic and dreadful.

Oh well… they are a lot better than a plastic wheel. Idler wheels can make a big difference for sure, I did some research and the Audio Creative was getting good press so I bought them and they work and are quiet so I guess they are doing their job

I ordered an Audio Silente wheel today.

Next time I'll try the Audio Improvments one and compare them.

Thanks for all the input.

Cheers

Update.

Installed the Audio Silence idler.

Dead quiet.

Tested with Stethoscope and test record.

Extremely happy.
