Peterbean Posted June 29, 2024 Posted June 29, 2024 I took the plunge at the Coles bargain bin and bought a wireless charger the other day thinking this would be really useful. It charges the apple watch , but not wirelessly. Im wondering if anyone esle has tried these? Id be interested to hear about your experiences. The iphone wont phyiscally conect if you have it in a wallet that is , maybe 1 mm thick. To connect wirelessly your phone need to be enabled with Q1 (or QI) My iphone 11 is supposed to come with it but I cant get it to connnect. Thee is no mention of ipads connecting, and mine doesnt, so its hardly universal. I was thinking that wireless would be good if I was moving around, but something I read suggested that the range was only a few cms. Of course it doesnt come with a manual and there is no sign of one online. Surlprised?
