There was a show on 3PBS on Sunday night called Electronic Influence which I enjoyed. Maybe this is the one you mean?

A little too early for Andrew Hollo's PBS FM show "Hybrid" which ran for 600 or so weekly episodes. Send him a PM as he may have your answer.

I think you are referring to the JJJ show that was hosted by Arnold Frolows for many years.

Sadly he passed away last month
