As I lack DIY skills, my friend Pierre offered to build me his wonderful speakers; posts 15266, 15276.

But while I might well spring for the more pricey TAD TD1601B midwoofers, I found for sale a pair of Altec 416-8B in well braced,
tightly sealed, Baltic birch cabinets.

But they are only 3 cu ft. Perhaps not surprisingly the seller said they only play down to 70Hz.

Consequently, I’m concerned, that the lower midbass couldn't sound as nice as it probably would in a sealed cabinet 1 cu ft or so bigger, if crossed with my Rythmik F12 sealed subs. https://www.rythmikaudio.com/F12.html

Short of building bigger cabinets, would there be any suggested changes to the 3 cu ft cabinets, or just pass on them and go with the TAD midwoofers?
