PhilipD Posted March 13, 2024 Posted March 13, 2024 (edited) Further Information: I am the original owner of this powerful solid state, 2-channel Class A/B power amplifier. It outputs 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms, and was well regarded as an affordable all-rounder back in the day. Here is a Stereophile review from 2002: https://www.stereophile.com/solidpoweramps/608/index.html I bought it new in 2001 from a hifi shop in Melbourne (original RRP was around $1,600) and have used it on and off since then - it has been packed away in storage for the last 5 years. It has never given me a problem, and still operates well. It is in good cosmetic condition too. It weighs 16.8 kgs If you require lots of grunt at a reasonable price, with decent sound quality, this might suit you. I no longer have the original packaging, but I do have the owner's manual.
