Huge range of options out there......be inclined to analyse the pros and cons of your current headphones to identify what the new ones should offer you. Before you start driving yourself crazy with the number of options can I ask how old your HD560's are.......have you fitted new ear pads to them at all.......DEKONI make a good replacement.

Another issue is that some headphones further up the Sennheiser chain may require a separate headphone amp to drive them to the levels you like to listen at. For example the Drop XX being advertised at $300 in the Classifieds now might require a head amp as well.

Great headphones and headphone amp.......must be amazing compared to the HD 560's.........you should start a topic on StereoNET re your story..........initial impact and impressions are a big help to others battling the same decision. Sounds like Addicted to Audio to me......excellent to deal with.

Cheers

Mick

PS: don't get sucked into the "upgrade cable" thing....nil result for lots of cash.
