krakatana Posted February 24, 2024 Posted February 24, 2024 (edited) Further Information: Cabinets in good condition for their age and the woofer surrounds were recently replaced. The speakers work well, but I bought Revels... Edited February 24, 2024 by krakatana
MAXXX Posted February 24, 2024 Posted February 24, 2024 Will you please add some photos of speakers without grilles so we can see drivers?
krakatana Posted February 24, 2024 Author Posted February 24, 2024 Not so easy to do, they have to be taken apart from the rear. I've PM'd you about it. 1
krakatana Posted February 24, 2024 Author Posted February 24, 2024 OK, this is far as I go taking these apart again, otherwise the crossover will have to be desoldered. While the front of the cone can't be seen, the new rubber surrounds can be. Tweeters and cones are all intact, no dents or tears. 1

krakatana Posted February 24, 2024 Author Posted February 24, 2024 They are fixed, no way to take them off.
kffern Posted February 25, 2024 Posted February 25, 2024 Off the net. Unusual way to build a speaker. 1
krakatana Posted February 25, 2024 Author Posted February 25, 2024 Thanks kkfern, they're glued to the cabinets
