Been using this puppy for couple of years then in storage for the last year.

This will improve digital signal from your PC and output to 2 dacs if you have 2 dacs.

I least that what i was using it for.

It has 3 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs.

 

has a few scratches with does not effect sound quality.
