Hawkeye Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 Thanks honreekea, I wasn’t 100% sure if it was the hf2001 . From other pics seen of the speakers there appeared to be a couple of alternative tweeters. I am also trying to see if it is a close match preferably a perfect match to the hf2000. I did find a post on another site comparing the two, however it was singly to with the way the screen covering the diaphragm , no sound or measurement comparison given. just looking for an insurance policy if the hf2000 on my Gale gs 401a’s should decide to turn their toes up. Cheers Hawkeye.

I rarely find my habit of taking rigorous restoration photos useful; how exciting! It is a T2936 tweeter. And definitely not the same as the one in a Gale GS401a (I've restored a pair of those too...)
