Arcam irdac failure

Hey all, so my irdac today seems to have lost the power. No light on it. 
 

I heard a little pop today while I was in the room and no music was being played. Dac remains On 24x7. 
 

So is there any easy way to troubleshoot? I have obviously tried plugging in directly in other socket etc. testing with a voltage pen shows voltage on the power supply cable. 

 

I don’t have any other power supply similar to this one. 

Any help if much appreciated.

Update: all sorted. It was the busted power supply. 
 

went to local Jaycar who were very helpful and got it sorted.
