Just wanted to share my personal exoerience with this organisation.
i ordered a four seat configuration from them in March.  The wrong arms were delivered.  The replacement arms arrived today (more than 8 months hence!) and it turns out that significant work is required to fit them.  The installer has taken them away to do the work.
 Buyer beware.

Ok, it would also be good to give more details. Why were they delivered late, was there a reason for delay. We are all not happy when things go pear shape, but to vent on public forums without context is not productive and damaging for the business concerned.
Is the repair free? Are you compensated?

First time I’ve put a negative comment about a home entertainment or AV company on a public forum.
The reason given for the delay was production at the factory in China.
No charge for repair.  No compensation offered.
Now they’ve decided to pick up the arms, send them back to Sydney, do the work there, ship them back and have another go.  It’s a circus.

Some things are outside of anyone’s control and looks like they are doing the right thing at their expense to rectify the situation. It is unfortunate but these things happen.

was this bought over the web or from an actual shop where you tested the chairs first? if over the net, untried then i think cut them some slack. until the process of repair under warranty has been completed. guess as usual try before buying or these are the risks you need to accept.

are you out of pocket so far for the repair?

I tried them out and bought them from an actual retail shop.
Not out of pocket for the repair.  Spent plenty of time chasing them up though.
The point is that their response has been woeful.

But - being manufactured in China ... they were cheap right?  So that's why you bought them?

No.  They are definitely not cheap.

I appreciate the experience.  It’s easy to sell an item and people rave about how great the shop is.  What matters is when something goes wrong.  Thanks for sharing.  Not all ears are deaf.
