I played a few sides yesterday, and it brings a big smile to my face - in simple terms.  😊

Will make sure to play it at my Xmas GTG next week, a real treat sonically to share!

 

Easily the best of the four Steely Dan albums released so far, Pretzel Logic at the bottom, then above it Countdown to Ecstacy and Can't buy a thrill 2nd.

Can't wait to hear the Gaucho UHQR which hopefully will be close to this good! 🤔

    Discogs have over 124 of them starting @ $6.  Just be sure to try and buy a mint or very least near mint and you won't need to bother with the upcoming UHQR Gaucho reissue. :D   You can all thank me later :frantics:

    Yes, this is very good as is the Ludwig SACD. I may get the UHQR if it is decidedly better which would be a stretch. I prefer this to AJA which I have the Cisco pressing of. IMHO of course.
