Purchased new by me, 09/08/2020, and only had very light use. It's in excellent condition with no marks or scratches anywhere on the casing. The remote was rarely used as the Sony TV remote operated all the basic functions that I needed. Superb player but I just don't use it. Comes with all packaging, instructions and remote.
