Shmockolovitch Posted September 12 Share Posted September 12 Hi there, I recently purchased an Innomaker HiFi DAC https://www.inno-maker.com/product/hifi-dac-pro/ and didn't realise the output are XLR 3.5mm.. Unfortunately my amp only has RCA inputs! Is it possibile to plug 3.5-XLR -> XLR female-RCA for each channel? I understand one is balanced the other RCA unbalanced. Cheers, thanks for that.! The 3rd output is actually a headphone output, so it depend on the strength of the headphone amp! Don't need strength if you're hooking up to an integrated amp. Just a simple stereo 3.5mm to dual RCA will work fine. Does your amp take XLR input? Can't understand why the shop would mention anything about XLR to RCA. The DAC doesn't have XLR outputs and your amp doesn't have XLR inputs. Alas I went out and bought the shitter one as well. The aim was to upgrade my IQAudio DAC+ Pro to a RiP4 based DAC system with a better sound profile.
