Need Help!!! Mission m34i speaker setup!

Recommended Posts

Perhaps if you provide some more context?  How many speakers, how many subs, room size, type of use, budget is a few things that would help.

Sorry. I’ve got 5 speakers. My front L&R channel are m34i speakers. My center channel is m3c2i and my rear 2 speakers are m32i. I’ve also got 1 sub as well. The size of the room is that of a double garage, I don’t know the exact measurements. Budget wise, not sure until I know what I need I guess. I’m just unsure of the amp I need to power the speakers correctly. Hope someone can help. Thank you

Ok so those speakers are all pretty efficient and seemingly have an 8 ohm nominal impedance.  If only have 5 speakers and not worried about Atmos/height channels etc then just about any modern AV receiver will do what you need.  You just need to decide how much want to spend, as with AVRs as you go up the range generally get more advanced features but also better power supply, amp stage, DACs etc.

Do you need very latest video formats?  If not I would go for one of these:

NAD T758 v3

Okay sounds good, thank you for that. If I wanted to spend more maybe around 3-4K what would you recommend? Thank you

Frankly I wouldn't bother unless you have plans on expanding system set-up.   These unit's are powerful, sound great, have onboard DIRAC, and onboard BLUOS for music streaming.  Spend the extra money on a second sub instead!
