Southern Scot
Hi, I'm Mark, now living in Wellington New Zealand having moved here a few years ago from the UK. I have an early background in physics and electronics, but I've not been active in that area for many years. So I've got the basics of how electronic stuff works, acoustics, etc. but I'm not an expert. My first system was a second hand NAD 3020i into my folks old Sony speakers from an integrated system which had a trusty Garrard automatic turntable. I blew one of the speakers up with Pink Floyd's "Get your filthy hands off my dessert". (Always!) Looking at the options for a "good" audio system, and recognising it's a journey not a destination. Going back to dedicated stereo from 2.0 from a multi-channel. Edited May 31 by Southern Scot Spelling and grammar errord
