Guest yamaha_man Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 (edited) She has had many GHD's, never again. This one is a cheaper one called silver bullet with universal voltage. Edited November 5, 2013 by yamaha_man
surprisetech Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 I've noticed some appliances won't work when plugged into the Shaver outlets that you come across in some hotels. I think they're current limited. Was she trying to use it plugged into one of those?

Jventer Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Both places you mentioned is close to the sea. IME hair curls more on the beach or close to than inland. Answer?
Phantom Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 You should probably blame Labor, everyone else around here seems to do so. It's amazing how they have single handedly destroyed civilisation as we understand it. Lucky I voted LNP, so it's not my fault.
Ando Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 I live in Lorne and my hair curler doesnt work here either.

Audiobugged Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 The electricity quality is much better in Melbourne. You should get a power conditioner from PS audio and one of their power cables, or a similar quality brand. It will then work. It won't happen overnight but it will happen. I guarantee it. 2
gz76 Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Don't confuse your hair conditioner with your power conditioner or else you might end up looking like this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/84/Young-bg.gif
Saxon Hall Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 It wouldn't turn on. Hmmm, Veddy interesting. It sounds like an enigma wrapped inside a riddle that is at the centre of a conundrum. 1
