So no box or headphones included. Will be packed safely though for transportation, and comes with the latest firmware and has been installed and phone restored to factory factory settings.

Yep, someone got a bargain, I sold my white 4s 32gb on ebay a couple of weeks ago for $375, and that only lasted about an hour before it was snapped up. The iPhone certainly keeps its value.
